Our online booking service is only intended for routine annual eye exams (including eyeglass/contact lens prescription testing and eye health evaluation). If you would like to see one of our eye doctors for a different reason, including:
- Urgent eye care matters (sudden loss of vision, injury, infection etc.)
- Special Testing advised by your optometrist (Glaucoma, Dry Eye, Macular Degeneration etc.)
- Follow-up appointment ordered from a previously arranged visit
- Exams requested by your employer or other institution that require forms to be filled out by your Optometrist
